Purpose of the journal

Publication of the results of research works in the field of economics, social sciences and humanities, publication of the experience of specialists with scientific potential in terms of competitive developments and innovative solutions, provision of information on fundamental and innovative scientific processes, reviews of monographs, broad coverage of relations with scientists from foreign countries;
Explain the nature of fundamental reforms in the field of science;
Coverage of scientific, theoretical and methodological news taking place in the Republic of Uzbekistan and in the world;
The main goal of the journal is based on the tasks set by the council of scientists and the editorial regulations. Further increase in the potential of topical scientific research conducted in the field of scientific and theoretical sciences, the wide dissemination of scientific achievements, the introduction of new technologies, and the creation of the possibility of all-round assistance to the scientific activities of scientists.

Journal Tasks

Fundamental reforms in the Republic of Uzbekistan to modernize science and technology, promote the idea of national independence and improve the efficiency of scientific and pedagogical work, identify talented and promising young people and send them to research work in our society to achieve training;
Summing up the results of the work of specialists from the Commonwealth of Independent States and other countries on scientific analysis, putting its results into practice and establishing cooperation;
Providing information about innovative developments, inventions, patents carried out in our country on the pages of «Human Capital and Social Development» in order to familiarize students and employees with the latest scientific information;
Provision of information about the opportunities and conditions created in the country to improve the skills of talented students in the field of scientific activity;
This will contribute to the popularization and production of new innovations created in the region.

The Scientific and Technical Journal of Samarkand State University "Human Capital and Social Development" was recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission to publish the main scientific results of the dissertations of candidates for the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Doctor of Science (DSc) degrees in economics included in the list of scientific publications.

Requirements for authors
Basic requirements

The topic of a scientific article submitted by the author (or co-authors) must correspond to the headings of the scientific journal "Human Capital and Social Development". The article should contain paragraphs within the framework of the requirements of international standards. The title of the article should be short and clearly express the research direction of the article. The topic of the article should be presented in Uzbek, Russian and English.

  1. surname of the author, title of the article, title of the journal, edition, year, number, pages.
  2. The text of the article must be typed in Microsoft Office Word as a single file. Top and bottom of the page, left and right sides - 2.5 cm; orientation - in the form of a book. Font - Times New Roman, size - 11 keg, line spacing - 1.0; syllable transfer is automatic. To build graphs and charts, you must use Microsoft Office Excel. The maximum volume of the article should not exceed 10 pages, and the minimum - at least 5 pages, and the amount of literature used should be at least 10-15 sources. Bibliographic references in the text should be indicated in the order they are listed in square brackets.
  3. Articles can be submitted in Uzbek, Russian or English
  4. Articles that do not meet the requirements of the journal are not considered by the editors.
  5. All submitted articles are checked in the Antiplagiarism system.

Information about the author of the article

This part indicates the author's surname (with a patronymic), place of work and position, academic degree and title, e-mail address, telephone number.

Article abstract

A brief abstract of the article, not exceeding 10-12 lines, is given in Uzbek, Russian and English. The abstract presents the research problem, its relevance, the methodology for identifying the research problem, the results of the research, as well as a brief description of the author's scientific and practical contribution based on the content of the article.

Keywords

Keywords that maximize the content and purpose of the article. In order to quickly find an article in the electronic search engine google.com, research.google.com, it is recommended to repeat each of the keywords in the main text 6-8 times on average.

Introduction

The introduction describes the research problem, its goals and objectives. In the introduction, it is necessary to emphasize the relevance and scientific significance of the study.

Literature review on the topic

Literature analysis on a topic is an item that demonstrates the knowledge and imagination of the author regarding the problem under study. Literature analysis expands knowledge on a given topic and helps clarify questions that arise in the course of the study. It is known that any research work is created on the basis of previous knowledge created in this area. It is based on a literature review, journal articles in the field, and other sources of information.

Research Methodology

The most important part of the study is the general map of the study, the direction of the study and the result. Determining the direction of the research, drawing up a plan aimed at solving the research problem, collecting the necessary information for the research, determining the ethics of the research, determining the path leading to a specific solution to the problem based on the decision to determine the research strategy. The methodological part is demonstrated by substantiating the reliability of the chosen research path.

Analysis and results

Performs analysis of the data collected in the analytical part of the study. Only the results of the analysis method are expressed here. Discussion of the results is the task of the next part of the article.

Conclusions and offers

The definition of the goals and objectives of the study, the solution of problems arising from the study, the main results of the study and general conclusions, proposals and directions of the study based on the study should form the basis of the conclusions and proposals of the article.

In this part, the list of all literature used in the study is placed in the sequence:

  1. surname of the author, title of the book, address of the publication, name of the publisher, year, pages;
  2. surname of the author, title of the article, title of the journal, edition, year, number, pages.
